“Never be afraid to learn something new”. I have decided to further my studies due to the high competitiveness in Singapore working environment. Luckily, I have enrolled into a Business programme with LWC. The blended learning and useful assignment portal compared to traditional learning method is a great advantage. It help me save a lot of from time travelling and give me quality time to spend with my family.
Some of the subjects are really challenging and yet very applicable in my business ventures, I am better working as a team now. In addition, the course assignments and presentations really helped to prepare me to be competitive with knowledge and skills. Now I am a project manager in the construction industry. The assignments always helped me to relate to the real business environment

Before I even consider taking my education further, and I never think that I will study again.
Last year that I felt pressure on my job, I decided to enrol in LWC’s ATHE level 7 – Strategic Management course for my self-improvements. The blended learning mode in the LWC and assignment portal helps me in terms of flexible. The learning style does not affect my personal work, especially for a 9 to 5 office worker.
Based on personal working experience, capabilities, and academic interview by the academic manager, I was accepted in the programme. Now, with my working experience and with this new qualification, new opportunities are coming my way.
What was delivered in the class are practical and useful for my workplace and real business environment, I have gained my self-confidence when dealing with all sorts of problem issues at work.
I like the interactive teaching method of the lecturer with his quote “there is no wrong or right answer, as long as you can justify for your point”.
There is no age limit in learning and knowledge is priceless; the enduring benefits will never end till eternity.

Meanwhile, it has also strengthen my management knowledge, since I am helping my father to manage our family business in Malaysia. I am learning on leadership skills to lead my staff, the management course develop me with new skills. .
