Certification | LWC Diploma: 1 – 3 weeks from the day of the last module submitted. Diploma/ University Programme: Refer to respective university partner’s academic calendar |
Withdrawal refund | Processing within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal. Excludes time taken for postal services and/or external processing by banks. |
Complaint Resolution | Resolution of valid complaint within fourteen working days. |
Enquiry | Response within three working days. |
