Being established since 2011, LWC is committed to being an education provider that our objectives and principles are to provide an accessible, quality education that nurtures and shapes learners lives in terms of transferable knowledge and skills. We continually strive to better our services to meet our learners’ needs, these includes:

CertificationLWC Diploma: 1 – 3 weeks from the day of the last module submitted.
Diploma/ University Programme: Refer to respective university partner’s academic calendar
Withdrawal refundProcessing within seven (7) working days of receiving the
Student’s written notice of withdrawal. Excludes time taken for postal services and/or external processing by banks.
Complaint ResolutionResolution of valid complaint within fourteen working days.
EnquiryResponse within three working days.
