London Westminster College (LWC) School of Beauty offers a range of Beauty and Complementary Therapies courses. Whether the student is a complete beginner or developing her current skills to a higher level, LWC will have the right course for you. With modern salon and beauty facilities and industry-standard equipment, students will learn in a professional environment with expert tutors to guide them to PASS grades. Our tutors have extensive industry knowledge and teach various part-time professional courses, including beauty, makeup, complementary therapy and sports massage. LWC also run other short courses such as massage, nail technology, and microblading upon demand and class size.

From novice to advanced levels, LWC not only provides initial training but also helps to support individuals in gaining employment and developing their businesses. Professionals have recognised the beauty therapy department’s outstanding education and training for young learners ready to begin their careers.

Diploma in Beauty Therapy  Part 1 modules consist of the following;

  • Promotion and Selling Techniques
  • Client Care and Communication
  • Monitor and Maintain Health and Safety in Salon

Diploma in Beauty Therapy  Part 2 modules consist of the following;

Entry requirements
You will need to possess at least 5 GCSEs at grade 3 or above and a Level 1 qualification. In addition, you must enjoy working with people and have good communication skills, along with a good level of written and spoken English.

  • You must be willing to purchase a professional kit and a uniform for this course.
  • You will be invited to the college for an initial assessment and interview to determine your suitability for the course.

Note: Malaysian students will need 3 SPM at Pass level as pre-requisites. Other international students will need GCSE O levels equivalents.
